All my sessions can be held via skype, zoom, or by telephone, in a public place or at my private therapy room.
I also work regularly in nature, walking with my clients, which also has added therapeutic benefits.
There is no pressure to commit to following sessions, I will be led by you.
In your first session we will look at what you want to achieve and start to outline your goal or goals, and start to form a picture of what is going on in your life, in order to gain some perspective, clarity and direction.
My hourly fee of £45 per hour will apply to all sessions, although block booking gives some discount (please see below). You can have your sessions whenever works best for you, and this might be weekly, fortnightly or in some cases monthly, depending on your needs, outcome desired, and the goals set. We can discuss this in more detail at the end of our first session, although you are in control of when and how many sessions you have and can stop them at any time.
Sessions can be ongoing or we can look at what you would like to achieve and we can set time led deadlines if you choose to ie I would like to achieve X in 6 or 12 weeks. We will review regularly as we go along and adjust accordingly.
I believe coaching sessions need to be flexible and fit with you which is why I offer individual sessions as well as blocks of 6 or 12 sessions booked and paid in advance. Coaching can be fluid to fit with your life, requirements and your circumstances.
