Contact & Location. You can contact me via text, email or phone. I like to use our first session as a way of finding out what your goals are and what you want to achieve, its also a time for you to meet me and get a sense of me, and decide whether I am a fit for you. At the same time I can get a sense of what is going on for you how we can work effectively together.

My first session is £20 and lasts for 1 hour. Our first session can happen at your home, via skype, by telephone, in a public place or at my private therapy room. There is no pressure to commit to following sessions, I will be led by you. In this first session we will look at what you want to acheive and start to outline your goal or goals.
If you decide you would like to continue coaching with me, my hourly fee of £40 per hour or £55 for 90 minutes will apply. You can have these sessions weekly, fortnightly or in some cases monthly, depending on your needs, outcome desired, and the goals set. We can discuss this in more detail at the end of our first session.
Sessions can be ongoing or we can look at what you would like to achieve and we can set time led deadlines if you choose to ie I would like to achieve X in 6 or 12 weeks. We will review regularly as we go along and adjust accordingly.

You might feel that an hour isn't long enough for you right now. 3 hour sessions and daily coaching sessions are great for tackling personal and business issues fast and getting speedy results or tackling a problem head on and getting a great head start with something thats really been a problem.
You may know what’s holding you back and what your barriers are and if so we can work together to find ways to overcome those barriers. We may need to first establish what the barriers are before we can work through them.
Coaching is a process and a journey of self-discovery, the amount of time you may want to be coached for can vary from person to person and each set of circumstances.
You may need or want ongoing coaching as part of a healthy lifestyle or for support, you may want a course of 6 or 12 sessions to deal with a particular issue, especially if you already know what your goal is, or you may want to pick up coaching as and when you feel the need and have one off sessions when you feel the need. Every person is different, their is not a one size fits all approach and I will help to work up a plan that is prescriptive to your needs.
I can coach you and work with you to deal with stress and health related issues in the following ways:
At your home (Monday - Wednesday) – In your own environment, a place of familiarity, and in a place that feels safe to you.
Slots available at my private home practice (Thursdays & Fridays) – A professional, private and secure place to have our sessions which may feel more comfortable to you.
At a public place of your choice or mine such as a café, hotel or pub (Monday - Wednesday) – For some people this works really well depending on your personality type and how you feel about privacy, although I will always endevour to make the session as private as possible.
Eco Coaching (Monday - Wednesday) – Walking and getting back in touch with nature, the earth and the elements whilst being coached has extra health & wellbeing benefits and may be more suitable for certain personality types for example – outdoor lovers or people that may not want to talk face to face as we’ll be walking side by side. (Dogs optional!)
Via skype (Monday - Friday) – Private, Convenient and time saving.
Via telephone (Monday - Friday) – Private, Convenient and time saving. Some people may feel that they can speak more freely on the telephone.
There are undoubtedly many areas of overlap between Coaching, Mentoring, Counselling and Psycotherapy. The fundamental principles of coaching are about me creatihng a safe space for my clients, creating trust with my clients, and building confidence in my clients. Coaching is a mindset and attitude rather than simply a set of skills (A poverty mindset can be seen across the social spectrum, irrespective of financial means). Sometimes I may be required to take on a mentoring role in order to pass on my knowledge and skills to enable you to achieve your goals.
Sometimes in my work it becomes apparent that deeper issues are starting to surface. You may need to face some aspects of you life that are emotionally difficult for you. This type of obstacle may require some additional work such as counselling or pschotherapy. This type of work can run along side coaching or sometimes it is safer to deal with it first and then return to coaching. I can support you in finding the right path for you.
