Our first session can happen via skype, or by telephone, or face to face at my private therapy room. I also offer session walking in nature.
There is no pressure to commit to following sessions, I will be led by you.
My hourly fee of £50 per hour will apply to all sessions.
You can have these sessions weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on your needs.
I believe counselling & coaching sessions need to be flexible and fit with you.
Counselling & coaching can be fluid to fit with your life, requirements and your circumstances.
