Relationships come in all different shapes and sizes and what is right for one person or couple is different for another.
I work with couples who are looking to improve their relationship as well as family members who want to improve communication and overcome barriers.
Research shows that positive relationships help us to be happier and healthier, and live longer, and that living in the midst of high-conflict relationships is very bad for our health. So, addressing your relationship problems is vital for your health and happiness.

How it works
Through relationship coaching, we solve your issues at their root cause to create lasting results, by focusing on what you can do here and now in the present, to achieve your relationship, well-being and life goals.
This can involve closing the chapter on past hurts, raising your self-esteem, owning your worth, learning how to quickly regulate your emotions from negative back to positive, addressing recurring anxiety, building your resilience, retraining your brain for better thinking and behaviour habits, and creating positive relationship habits.
To create a positive relationship with yourself and others, you can come for relationship help alone to work on things on your own, together as two people, or use a combination of individual and ‘couples’ sessions which also works great, whatever the nature of your relationship.
You’ll set the agenda for your sessions, directing your sessions and life to where you want them to go, and I will of course help. To help you quickly, I will use a combination of skilful questioning, sharing expert insights into your unique situation, using my intuition, and suggesting tasks/strategies that will help you to make quick progress. Simple exercises will be a crucial part of your progress but you will only undertake exercises you’re happy to utilise that will help you to achieve your goals; and they’re usually easy and sometimes fun too!

Fees are as follows:
Per couples coaching session which lasts 75 minutes £65 Individual coaching per session £50
I will work with you to establish the best way forward and quite often it is helpful to see each of you separately before i see you together, and subsequently it may be necessary to see either one or both of you individually between sessions if something has come up that you need to work through personally.
I often give my clients homework to complete between sessions so commitment and engagement is important for the coaching to be successful, however I will work with you give you the support that you need.
